Espresso
Extracts satisfying flavor!
For best results, use a very fine grind and tamp grounds down with a 30 lb press. A firm level tamp is essential to even extraction. Water should be heated between 195 F and 205 F. Most espresso machines do this but some are adjustable. 25 to 30 seconds should pass between the beginning of extraction and completion. Savor!
